We reserve the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.

Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued. Refunds will be issued in 3-5 days from receipt of your verified return.

  • All products must be in the original packaging.
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.
  • No products will be accepted with marks on the product or product packaging.
  • No engraved products will be accepted.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) from

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation service
  • Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
  • Shipping Charges

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell there is a 15% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Items That Are Defective

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture of that item to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that manufacturer.
