Return Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount at Twowayradiomart.com. We will make every effort to make sure that you are happy with the products that you purchase from us. We reserve the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.

Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued. Refunds will be issued in 3-5 days from receipt of your verified return.

• All products must be in the original packaging.
• Products must be in a new and unused condition.
• No products will be accepted with marks on the product or product packaging.
• No engraved products will be accepted.

Return Period

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) from Twowayradiomart.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Labor, delivery and/or completed installation service
• Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
• Shipping Charges

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell there is a 15% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Items That Are Defective

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture of that item to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that manufacturer.
